Punkin was owned by Jorja Piper of Daiyu Akitas (Breeder of Ch "Bushido") and proudly Bred, Shown & Co-Owned by OshoZen Akitas...seen here and below with me at her first show and puppy match in Waco, Texas. Pictured at 9 months old.
Affectionately called "Punkie" she finished her championship in style and never ceased to make us proud. Sadly on Christmas Eve 2011 Punkie bloated and while in the loving arms of the Piper family she passed on. I am forever grateful for her huge contribution to the OshoZen Akita foundation.
"Punk" is a leggy young lady just under a year here and left above - but I was very pleased with her placement of 2nd in the impressive and MUCH older Bred By Exhibitor class to the LSAC Specialty RWB.
"Punkin" is seen here baiting beautifully for me in the Sweeps Class. It was dark in the arena and the photo is grainy but I just love how she shows off her beautuful crest of neck, top line and head piece - We are so proud of this baby girl !! :-).
